Jialin (Jay) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maths and a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance. He chose to become a mortgage advisor because he is passionate about the finance industry. He wanted to apply his education and mortgage qualification to help people navigate property purchases and investments. Jay is also fluent in Mandarin, which he utilises to give guidance clearly in Mandarin and confidently to clients where English is not their first language.

He enjoys helping clients achieve their property goals, whether it’s buying their first home or building a buy-to-let portfolio. Sharing in their excitement and supporting investors to grow their property portfolios makes the role very rewarding to him. In his spare time, he follows the stock market and reading financial news.
